Our Tiny Houses, mounted on wheels, offer unparalleled mobility. They grant you the freedom to relocate as desired, bypassing the complexities of building permits. Despite their distinctions, Tiny Houses are categorized as caravans, hence adhering to local council regulations governing caravan living.

Our primary mission is to provide practical, cost-efficient Tiny Houses, offering flexible solutions with limitless customization options. We offer comprehensive support throughout your Tiny House journey.

Starting at approximately $85,000 AUD for a complete build, our Tiny Houses provide an exceptional and economical alternative to traditional homes.

We are deeply committed to sustainability and offer extensive off-grid solutions that can significantly reduce your long-term living costs. Our range includes solar power systems, composting and incinerating toilets, rainwater collection (tanks and pumps), water purification/filtering, and greywater systems.

Every design is crafted in-house, offering full flexibility for modifications and customizations. We welcome custom designs with minimal constraints.

Sunshine Tiny Houses are synonymous with quality, constructed from premium materials. They blend practicality and functionality with meticulous attention to detail and exquisite finishes. Our priority is your comfort and the durability of your home, achieved by selecting the most suitable materials while considering weight constraints.

  • • Purpose-built tiny house trailer engineered with dual and tri-axle designs

    • Rated to hold 3.2tonne, 3.5tonne or 4.5tonne depending on application

    • Constructed from Duragal galvanised steel which provides superior corrosion resistance

    • Featuring 13-inch rims equipped with 195/50R13 tires which are load rated to 950kg each

    • Electric braked axles and electric brake controller (not on oversized trailers 2.4m and wider)

    • 50mm and 70mm ball type tow hitch

    • LED Taillights (not on oversized trailers 2.4m and wider)

    • VIN Number (not on oversized trailers 2.4m and wider)

  • • We utilise a one piece insulated floor with a R Value of R1.4 and 33mm in thickness. We use 17mm CD Tongue and Groove plywood for all loft floors. We also offer a plywood ground floor option for more cost effective builds if required.

  • • We use Australian made Bluescope steel frames which are lightweight for our wall, loft floor and roof frames. We also offer timber frames and SIP panel on request.

    • Our standard steel external frames are 90mm thick to allow for proper wall thickness and a larger cavity for R2.5 insulation batts.

    • Steel Frames are lightweight yet offer reliable and dependable strength where it matters most.

    • Our steel frames are termite, rot, fire, and storm-resistant.

    • Our steel frames made with Bluescope steel are backed by Bluescope's 50-year warranty for eligible applicants (conditions apply, check with Bluescope for further information), ensuring a long lasting and durable frame.

  • Our plumbing and gas is installed to Australian standards and by a licensed contractor.

    Water is supplied by a 1/4 turn ball valve usually mounted on the drawer bar, although this can be installed elsewhere on request.

    All of our hot and cold plumbing is done with a combination of Auspex and Copper. Our LPG gas is supplied by copper pipes with a regulator mounted securely to the house or trailer.

    Our plumbing is inspected at rough-in stage by Noosa Council plumbing department to ensure it complies to relevant standards, we can supply a certificate for this inspection should you require.

  • Our electrical installations are installed to Australian standards for caravans and performed by a licensed contractor.

    • We use Earthwool R2.5 insulation batts in our walls and roofs.

    • We also wrap our steel framed houses in 8mm Rhino Foam to act as a thermal break between frames and claddings. This further increases the total R Value.

  • • Our internal walls are lined with Easycraft VJ panelling. Our standard is the VJ100 which has a V Groove routed at 100mm intervals. We use Ultra VJ (Higher Moisture Resistance and suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and laundries) for ceilings and walls outside of the shower recess

    • Our standard ceiling lining is VJ sheeting, although we offer multiple options for a more luxurious finish such as plywood, cedar in multiple profiles, pine and other timbers in multiple profiles.

    • We install Villaboard with 2 coats of Polyurethane waterproofing prior to installing our shower wall sheeting. We offer multiple products for our shower wall panels including ForestOne’s Wallart, Mr Wet Wall or Laminex Aquapanel.

  • We offer a range of cladding options for our tiny homes, including Colorbond, Unicote, Weathertex, Western Red Cedar, Knotty Pine, Shadowclad and more.

  • We use a range of luxury vinyl plank ranging from 2mm to 5mm thick and have a range to suit all budgets and tastes.

  • • We offer Colorbond or Unicote metal roofs. We also offer insulated sandwich panel roofs as an option.

    • Our tiny homes feature Powder-coated Aluminium Windows and Doors with N3 Rating and single-glazed clear glass.

    • We can supply Obscure/privacy glass on request.

    • All doors and windows come with fibreglass insect mesh screens, except for Bi-Fold, Gas Strut, and Fixed Windows.

    • Double Glazed windows and doors are available as an upgrade option.

  • • Colour boards for doors, drawer fronts, and end panels can be supplied by various manufacturers. We can also provide plywood cabinets on request.

    • Manufacturers include Polytec, Laminex, Formica, Nikpol, Flexipanel, and others.

    • Soft-close drawers and cupboards are standard, our standard finish is with handles on doors and drawers. Finger pull (handleless) is available as an upgrade.

    • Benchtops are available in a range of Brands and Finishes. The most common is a 33mm Post Laminated top. Timber and Compact Laminates are also available as an upgrade.

  • We use only the highest quality Haymes or Dulux paints. We also have Low VOC/Low Toxin options available.

  • We used Silicone and Polyurethane adhesives and sealants where required.

    Optional non toxic sealants if required.
